Position :Presale and Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities

1 2+ years technical support working experience in Broadcasting industry,
2 Lead key issue solution by managing cross functional team to work together, making independent decision and judgment.
3 Coordinate with the sales person to complete task, solve technical problems, and collect customers' requirements. Independently accomplish sales if necessary.
4 Give after-sale technical support, maintain related documents, track and solve malfunctions. Analyze and summarize quality data and customer feedbacks, and report to headquarter. Make the information get involved in the process of R&D and procurement. Promote the continuous improvement of product quality.
5 Train customers on how to operate and maintain our devices courteously and considerately.
6 Prepare quality plan, quality inspection procedures or work instructions as need.
7 Initiate and lead process improvement project to achieve continuous quality improvement, eliminate and prevent quality problems happen.
8 Provide assistance in maintenance of internal device of the company. Take charge of the management of parts and vendor quality, analyzing quality problems after sale, making improvement measures and precautions.
9 Improve the quality ensuring ability and customer satisfaction through daily quality control and continuous quality improvement

Requirements

1 Bachelor degree, major in IT or related, with minimal 3 years working experience.
2 Be familiar with assembly and quality controlling process
3 Be familiar with Linux operating system, encoding and decoding of A/V (Audio and Video).Possess basic network knowledge.
4 Can work under pressure and finish high strength job promptly and accurately. Be able to handle some problems that occur suddenly.
5 Be able to take short-term business trip.
6 Good command of Mandarin ,with basic English skills, can read English technical documents.
7 Diligent, self-motivated, systematically, excellent communication skills, strong sense of ownership and responsibility, team-player.
